Abstract

Implementasi Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) di Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, antara lain belum tersedianya database Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) nasional, rendahnya keterbukaan data industri, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, serta belum adanya regulasi yang mewajibkan penerapan LCA. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan implementasi LCA di Indonesia belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi LCA di negara maju dan berkembang, mengidentifikasi penerapannya pada berbagai sektor, serta merumuskan strategi implementasi LCA di Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan PRISMA untuk menyeleksi literatur, sedangkan perumusan strategi dilakukan dengan metode SWOT-AHP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Belanda telah mewajibkan LCA melalui MilieuPrestatie Gebouwen (MPG), Korea Selatan mengintegrasikan LCA melalui Korean-EPD dan Green Public Procurement, Thailand menerapkan LCA melalui Carbon Footprint of Product (CFP), sedangkan Indonesia telah mengintegrasikan LCA melalui SNI ISO 14040, SNI ISO 14044, dan PROPER, namun implementasinya masih bersifat sukarela. Penerapan LCA di berbagai negara telah dilakukan pada sektor manufaktur, konstruksi, energi, pangan, pertanian, dan pengelolaan limbah untuk mengidentifikasi hotspot lingkungan serta mendukung strategi perbaikan. Hasil SWOT-AHP menunjukkan bahwa Alternatif 1 menjadi strategi prioritas utama dengan bobot 51,9%, yang menekankan integrasi LCA ke dalam regulasi dan instrumen kebijakan industri untuk memperkuat implementasi LCA di Indonesia.
