Abstract
Peningkatan penggunaan kendaraan listrik (Electric Vehicle/EV) mendorong kebutuhan charging station yang andal, terutama di daerah dengan akses listrik terbatas. Sistem Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) off-grid menjadi salah satu solusi, namun kinerjanya dipengaruhi oleh iradiasi matahari, suhu, dan kondisi cuaca yang berubah-ubah. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen energi (Energy Management System/EMS) berbasis Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) untuk mengoptimalkan distribusi energi pada charging station EV. Sistem terdiri atas panel surya, Energy Storage System (ESS), inverter, serta manual untuk akuisisi data. Pengujian dilakukan melalui simulasi berbagai kondisi cuaca dan SOC awal baterai, serta implementasi menggunakan data pengukuran lapangan selama tiga hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma PSO mampu mengoptimalkan aliran daya sehingga pemenuhan beban mencapai 100% pada seluruh skenario data riil. Selain itu, SOC baterai berhasil dipertahankan pada rentang aman 20%–80% dan proses optimasi dapat diselesaikan dengan waktu komputasi rata-rata kurang dari 2 detik. Dibandingkan kondisi tanpa optimasi, penerapan PSO meningkatkan pemanfaatan energi baterai hingga 35,41 Wh pada kondisi cuaca kurang optimal. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa EMS berbasis PSO mampu meningkatkan keandalan suplai energi charging station EV dan berpotensi diterapkan pada sistem energi terbarukan di daerah terpencil.
