Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) dan Internet of Things (IoT) mendorong transformasi layanan perpustakaan menuju sistem yang lebih otomatis, terintegrasi, dan mampu menyediakan informasi secara real-time. Namun, proses identifikasi anggota dan pengelolaan koleksi pada perpustakaan masih banyak dilakukan secara terpisah sehingga kurang efisien dalam mendukung kegiatan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi prototipe Smart Library berbasis Dual-RFID yang mengintegrasikan teknologi HF RFID untuk identifikasi anggota dan UHF RFID untuk identifikasi serta pemantauan koleksi buku dalam satu sistem terpusat berbasis cloud database. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan model prototyping dengan implementasi perangkat lunak berbasis Next.js, Flask, MongoDB, REST API, dan WebSocket, serta perangkat keras berupa reader ACR122U (13,56 MHz) dan EL-UHF-RC4-2 (860–960 MHz). Evaluasi dilakukan melalui Blackbox Testing, pengujian performa, dan validasi fungsional terhadap seluruh modul sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh 65 skenario pada enam modul utama memperoleh tingkat keberhasilan 100%. Subsistem HF RFID mampu melakukan identifikasi anggota dengan rata-rata waktu respon 2,11 detik, sedangkan subsistem UHF RFID memberikan pembaruan data secara real-time melalui WebSocket dengan rata-rata waktu respon sekitar 1 detik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan berhasil mengintegrasikan kedua teknologi RFID secara efektif sehingga mampu mendukung otomasi identifikasi anggota, pemantauan koleksi buku secara real-time, serta meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan perpustakaan melalui sistem yang terintegrasi.
