Abstract
Transisi menuju kendaraan listrik mendorong kebutuhan akan sistem pengisian daya yang efisien, aman, dan mampu menjaga umur pakai baterai, di mana metode pengisian seri konvensional masih berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakseimbangan kondisi baterai. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan stasiun pengisian daya sepeda listrik berbasis PLTS off-grid 200 Wp menggunakan topologi DC-DC Chopper Buck Converter Multi-Output Independent Parallel untuk mengisi empat buah baterai sepeda listrik secara simultan dan independen. Sistem menerapkan algoritma Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) metode Perturb and Observe (P&O) serta metode pengisian Constant Current Constant Voltage (CC-CV) yang dikendalikan menggunakan Arduino Mega 2560. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe berhasil direalisasikan dan mampu melakukan pengisian daya secara independen pada setiap kanal. Pengujian awal menunjukkan adanya voltage drop pada jalur keluaran serta fluktuasi daya masukan yang menurunkan efisiensi dan meningkatkan temperatur komponen daya. Setelah dilakukan modifikasi berupa penggantian kabel keluaran menggunakan AWG18 dan penambahan kapasitor pada sisi masukan konverter, pembacaan tegangan menjadi lebih akurat, regulasi duty cycle lebih stabil, efisiensi sistem meningkat, serta temperatur MOSFET dan dioda dapat dipertahankan pada kondisi operasi yang aman. Dengan demikian, prototipe yang dikembangkan mampu beroperasi secara lebih optimal sebagai stasiun pengisian daya sepeda listrik berbasis PLTS.
