Abstract

Ketidakpatuhan pasien lanjut usia dalam mengonsumsi obat secara disiplin berpotensi menurunkan efektivitas medis. Penelitian ini merancang purwarupa dispenser obat otomatis berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan sistem telemetri kepatuhan pasien secara real-time untuk mengatasi keterbatasan wadah obat konvensional. Unit kendali utama menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 dengan topologi kelistrikan bypass pada aktuator motor stepper 28BYJ-48 guna mencegah anomali Brownout Reset. Perangkat keras diintegrasikan dengan RTC DS3231 untuk menjaga presisi jadwal luring, serta LCD, LED, dan Buzzer sebagai stimulus audiovisual. Komunikasi data dua arah dengan aplikasi mobile (Flutter) difasilitasi oleh Firebase Realtime Database, didukung algoritma pseudo-multitasking berbasis non-blocking delay agar pembacaan data berjalan lancar. Berdasarkan pengujian fungsional, algoritma failsafe berhasil mengklasifikasikan kepatuhan dengan akurasi 100% pada tiga kondisi: "Tepat Waktu" (<5 menit), "Telat Dikonsumsi" (5–30 menit), dan "Tidak Dikonsumsi" (batas waktu >30 menit yang memicu pemutusan otomatis). Aktuator elektromekanik mencatatkan keberhasilan (Success Rate) 100% dari 20 percobaan tanpa terjadinya jamming. Transmisi nirkabel juga beroperasi stabil tanpa latensi pada rentang Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) di atas -80 dBm. Purwarupa ini tervalidasi mampu meningkatkan kedisiplinan pasien melalui sistem pengawasan medis yang terpusat dan terukur.
