Abstract

ABSTRAK Industri semen konvensional menjadi penyumbang utama emisi CO₂ akibat proses dekarbonisasi batu kapur, sehingga diperlukan alternatif industri yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Pabrik Semen Portland Komposit (PCC) ini dirancang menggunakan bahan baku limestone (batu kapur) dan clay(tanah liat) dengan pemanfaatan Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GBFS) sebagai filler. Pemanfaatan GBFS bertujuan untuk menekan emisi CO₂ di dalam kiln, dan meningkatkan kualitas produk semen melalui modifikasi proses kering yang lebih efisien. Pabrik ini direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2035 di Kabupaten Cilacap dengan kapasitas 2.500.000 ton/tahun. Umur pabrik dirancang selama 16 tahun dengan masa konstruksi selama 3 tahun. Dengan kapasitas tersebut, diperlukan biaya investasi total (TCI) sebesar Rp707.403.567.814. ⁠Melalui analisis sensitivitas ekonomi, didapatkan laju pengembalian modal (ROI) pabrik sebesar 89,72%, waktu pengembalian modal (DPBP) selama 0,7 tahun, dan titik impas (BEP) sebesar 57%. Hasil pra-rancangan menunjukkan bahwa pabrik PCC ini layak untuk dikaji lebih lanjut. Kata Kunci : Blast Furnace Slag, Clay, Limestone, Proses Kering, Semen Portland.
