Abstract

Acetaminophen (APAP) merupakan obat analgesik dan antipiretik yang banyak digunakan dalam pengobatan nyeri dan demam. Penggunaan APAP yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan gangguan fungsi hati dan efek toksik lainnya, sehingga diperlukan metode analisis yang sensitif, stabil, dan selektif untuk pemantauan kadarnya. Oleh karena itu, dikembangkan elektroda kerja Co₃O₄NPs/f MWCNTs/SPCE untuk meningkatkan kinerja deteksi APAP secara elektrokimia. Pada penelitian ini, performa elektroda kerja Co₃O₄NPs/f-MWCNTs/SPCE terhadap APAP diuji dalam media elektrolit PBS 0,1 M pH 7 menggunakan metode Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) dan Differential Pulse Voltammetry (DPV), diperoleh nilai sensitivitas elektroda SPCE, Co₃O₄NPs/SPCE, f-MWCNTs/SPCE, dan Co₃O₄NPs/f-MWCNTs/SPCE berturut-turut sebesar 0.0556 μA/μM, 0.2170 μA/μM, 0.4700 μA/μM, dan 0.7589 μA/μM, dengan nilai batas deteksi (LOD) berturut-turut sebesar 0.519 μA/μM, 0.097 μA/μM, 0.065 μA/μM, dan 0.019 μM. Elektroda kerja Co₃O₄NPs/f-MWCNTs/SPCE menunjukkan sensitivitas tertinggi dan LOD terendah, sehingga dilakukan pengujian repeatabilitas dan reproduksibilitas, diperoleh nilai RSD berturut-turut sebesar 1,78% dan 2,58%. Selanjutnya, hasil pengujian stabilitas penyimpanan selama 10 hari menunjukkan retensi arus sebesar 90,8%. Berdasarkan pengujian selektivitas di tengah keberadaan glukosa, asam askorbat, dan asam urat, diperoleh nilai retensi arus sebesar 92,93–100,71%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa elektroda kerja Co₃O₄NPs/f-MWCNTs/SPCE memiliki sensitivitas, stabilitas, dan selektivitas yang baik dalam mendeteksi APAP.
