Abstract
Manajemen keamanan tidak hanya mengenai perlindungan data dan informasi yang dimiliki Institut Teknologi Kalimantan (ITK), tetapi juga terkait pengadaptasian proses bisnis di ITK agar dapat memastikan keberlangsungan layanan ketika terjadi ancaman siber. Kemampuan untuk beradaptasi terhadap penyerangan siber merujuk pada istilah ketahanan siber. Namun, sampai saat ini ITK belum menerapkan sebuah kerangka kerja untuk mengimplementasikan praktik manajemen keamanan dan data untuk meningkatkan ketahanan siber. Sehingga, dapat dikatakan bahwa proses dalam pengamanan data dan informasi di ITK belum maksimal. Oleh karena itu, Penelitian dilakukan terkait evaluasi ketahanan siber atau cyber resilience di ITK menggunakan framework Cyber Resilience Review (CRR) dengan mengevaluasi 10 domain ketahanan siber. Evaluasi melingkupi layanan akademik yang menggunakan Gerbang ITK dengan beberapa aset-aset yang dapat mendukung layanan tersebut yaitu manusia, informasi, teknologi dan fasilitas. Pertanyaan yang diajukan kepada partisipan berdasarkan self-assessment oleh CRR. Setelah dilakukan evaluasi, maka didapatkan bahwa setiap domain di ITK belum ada yang mencapai Maturity Indicator Level (MIL) 1. Selain itu, persentase performa keseluruhan pada setiap domain CRR belum ada yang mencapai 100%. Skor yang telah didapatkan telah menjadi dasar untuk ITK dapat menentukan prioritas pada setiap domain. Prioritas dibuat berdasarkan tujuan organisasi, bisnis dan ketersediaan sumber daya. Sebuah rekomendasi peningkatan untuk setiap domain juga telah dibuat yang berisikan panduan untuk mengimplementasikan praktik-praktik yang belum lengkap dan tidak dilakukan. Rekomendasi ini juga memberikan beberapa referensi tambahan yang dapat diakses untuk mendapatkan panduan program yang lebih luas. Sehingga, ITK dapat mengimplementasikan praktik-praktik ketahanan siber sesuai prioritas agar proses implementasi dapat berjalan optimal, walaupun terjadi ancaman siber sewaktu-waktu.
