Abstract
Pandemi Covid-19 telah meningkatkan volume transaksi ShopeePay dikarenakan perubahan masyarakat yang lebih cenderung berbelanja daring selama pandemi. Sebagai imbalannya, factor continuance intention penggunaan mobile payment menjadi tantangan dan perhatian utama dalam pengembangan layanan ShopeePay kedepannya untuk mempertahankan volume transaksi setalah pandemi berakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan struktural yang terjadi dari faktor mobility dan customization (representasi relative advantage mobile payment dalam teori IDT) dengan framework membangun kepercayaan mobile payment (security, reputation, trust, dan perceived risk) terhadap continuance intention pengguna ShopeePay serta peran gender dalam memoderasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan pada platform mobile payment. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Metode melalui pengolahan data software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa mobility, customization, security dan repuatation secara signifikan berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan trust pada platform mobile payment. Trust berpengaruh secara signifikan untuk meningkatkan continuance intention penggunaan mobile payment. Mobility, customization, security, dan reputation berdampak secara tidak langsung untuk meningkatkan continuance intention penggunaan mobile payment dengan trust sebagai variabel mediasi. Trust berpengaruh signifikan untuk mengurangi perceived risk pengguna. Dampak negative perceived risk secara signifikan tidak mengurangi continuance intention penggunaan ShopeePay. Selanjutnya perbedaan gender memiliki pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap persepsi pengguna untuk membangun kepercayaan dalam pembayaran seluler.
