Abstract
Data pencatatan kehadiran dan data kelompok tani merupakan data yang dikelola dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari di Dinas Pangan Pertanian dan Perikanan Kota Balikpapan karena merupakan tugas pokok. Namun dalam melakukan pengelolaan data ini masih dikelola dengan pencatatan manual melalui buku dan ada juga menggunakan aplikasi microsoft excel namun masih dibutuhkan sumber dan pengetahuan lebih dalam mengerjakannya padahal data kelompok tani sendiri yang ada di Balikpapan terdapat 120 lebih kelompok tani hal ini tentu saja sangat tidak efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu pekerjaan mengelola data pencatatan kehadiran dan kelompok tani, yang sebelumnya dilakukan analisis data terkait masalah yang ada dan data kebutuhan perangkat lunak. Setelah aplikasi SIMPONI ini dikembangkan maka akan diuji menggunakan metode black box testing untuk mengetahui keberhasilan fungsi fitur yang diterapkan pada aplikasi. Adapun tahapan dari penelitian proyek aplikasi SIMPONI (Presensi dan Kelompok Tani) ini adalah studi literatur, identifikasi masalah, kickoff meeting, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective, mengambil data responden dan user training. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi SIMPONI yang telah diuji dengan UAT (User Acceptance Test) dengan metode black box testing. Aplikasi SIMPONI ini digunakan untuk membantu dalam mengelola data pencatatan kehadiran dan juga data kelompok tani guna membantu tugas harian pada Dinas Pangan Pertanian dan Perikanan Kota Balikpapan yang dibuktikan dengan data respon pengguna aplikasi.
