Abstract
Seiring perkembangan teknologi yang canggih, aktivitas bermain games yang pada awalnya hanya untuk melepas penat dan suntuk dikala beraktivitas kini sudah menjadi kebutuhan bagi beberapa orang. Bahkan, kemunculan berbagai tim E-sport menjadi pertanda bahwa games saat ini sedang popular. Berbagai macam tipe smartphone gaming muncul menawarkan fitur - fitur baru demi mendukung pengalaman bermain games yang jauh lebih memuaskan. Salah satu smartphone khusus gaming adalah smartphone Asus ROG. Smartphone ini tersedia di e-marketplace dengan banyak informasi dan ulasan. Infromasi dan ulasan tersebut dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan kualitas produk bagi produsen Asus ROG. Membaca semua ulasan yang ada pada e-marketplace tentu sangat memakan waktu. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis ulasan smartphone Asus ROG untuk mengklasifikasikan ulasan menjadi ulasan positif atau negatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah Multinomial Naive Bayes (MNB). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 201 data yang diambil pada tanggal 3-16 November 2020 dan tanggal 3-16 Maret 2021. Data tersebut dibagi menjadi data latih dan data uji sebanyak 85% dan 15% dari jumlah data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kalsifikasi ulasan produk smartphone Asus ROG dengan akurasi yang baik. Tahapan dalam analisis data terdiri dari case folding, cleaning, stopword dan stemming. Pembobotan kata dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode TF-IDF. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan kete[patan akurasi yang dihasilkan sebesar 83,87%. Berdasarkan data uji, presentase ulasan positif sebesar 80,64% dan presentase ulasan negatif sebesar 19,35%.
