Abstract

Lembaga Pelatihan Keterampilan (LPK) Ganezha merupakan lembaga pelatihan keterampilan di bidang kursus mengemudi mobil. Kondisi LPK Ganezha saat ini belum menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk memanajemen data yang dimiliki. Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Lembaga Pelatihan Keterampilan (SIM LPK) Ganezha merupakan pilihan yang tepat agar dapat memudahkan pengelolaan data di LPK Ganezha menjadi lebih terstruktur dan terotomatisasi. Penelitian ini menggabungkan metode Design Thinking dan Personal Extreme Programming (PXP). Metode Design Thinking terdiri dari beberapa proses antara lain empathise, define, ideate, dan test. PXP terdiri dari beberapa tahap requirement, planning, iteration initialization, design, implementation, system testing, dan retrospective. Kedua metode tersebut digunakan pada penelitian ini sehingga menghasilkan user persona, pain points, How Might We (HMW), dan solution idea. Setiap iterasi memiliki desain UI prototype yang telah melalui pengujian Single Ease Question (SEQ). Jumlah fitur utama dalam SIM LPK Ganezha sebanyak 14 fitur yang terbagi menjadi 4 iterasi. SIM LPK Ganezha yang dikembangkan telah berhasil melewati tahap pengujian dan diterima oleh product owner. SIM LPK Ganezha telah melewati proses hosting agar dapat diakses secara online. Tahap terakhir yaitu melakukan user training dan membuat End User Documentation (EUD).
