Abstract
Industri kendaraan adalah faktor pengkonsumsi BBM terbanyak . Untuk mengurangi dampak tersebut diperlukan energi alternatif. Salah satu solusi untuk masalah ini adalah pengembangan kendaraan listrik. Komponen dasar dari kendaraan listrik yakni Motor BLDC, ada beberpa metode yang bisa digunakan dalam mendapatkan parameter PID salah satunya dengan menggunakan Butterfly Optimization Algorithm. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara simulasi dari fungsi alih yang didapatkan, dan merancang serta membuat implementasi secara langsung. Parameter yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan kendali PID - Butterfly Optimization Algorithm adalah Kp = 497.0208, Ki = 93.7742, dan Kd = 499.702. Dengan hasil respon karakteristik simulasi rise time sebesar 1.5672 detik, waktu settling time 12.8405 detik, dan memiliki overshoot 11.1788 %. Dan implementasi kecepatan rata rata yang dihasilkan yakni 775.18 rpm, dengan nilai Overshoot sebesar 0.167 % , Steady State Error yakni 22.482 %, dan torsi maksimal yakni 23.88 Nm.
