Abstract

Pabrik Roti Arsyifa merupakan sebuah UMKM yang bergerak dibidang produksi roti yang sudah memasok roti di Balikpapan, Sangasanga, Penajam dan Sepaku. Rute distribusi yang tidak menentu menyebabkan pendistribusian barang di Arsyifa Bakery menjadi kurang optimal. Rute distribusi yang kurang optimal menyebabkan peningkatan biaya transportasi dan keterlambatan pengiriman. Sejauh ini, pertimbangan UMKM dalam pengaturan rutenya adalah keterbatasan kapasitas dan lokasi. Perencanaan urutan rute pengiriman produk sepenuhnya diputuskan oleh pengemudi, tanpa perencanaan berdasarkan pertimbangan logis, apakah jarak yang ditempuh rute tersebut minimal atau tidak. Saat ini ada 11 toko dan grosir yang memutuskan kerja sama dengan Arsyifa Bakery dikarenakan keterlambatan dalam pengiriman produknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan rute pengiriman produk dengan biaya yang optimal di Pabrik Roti Arsyifa dan Membandingkan total biaya dan jarak tempuh antara rute sebelumnya dengan rute yang dihasilkan dengan menggunakan model Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (CVRPTW) dengan multi produk. Seluruh rute optimal pada proses pengiriman roti sebagai berikut, 1 – 25 – 50 – 23 – 48 – 54 – 66 – 55 – 49- 63 – 56 – 57- 61 – 62 – 64 – 58 – 65 – 60 – 59 – 53 – 52 – 51 – 1 – 8 – 69 – 67 – 68 – 74 – 77 – 75 – 76 – 73 – 70 – 72 – 78 – 71 – 79 – 82 – 81 – 80 – 1 – 41 – 85 – 87 – 86 – 84 – 95 – 83 – 89 – 90 – 88 – 91 – 93 – 92 – 94 – 1 untuk kendaraan mobil, sedangkan rute yang dilalui motor yaitu, 1 – 29 – 45 – 30 – 38 – 28 – 24 – 31 – 33 – 2 – 1 – 47 – 22 – 4 – 36 – 40 – 46 – 42 – 12 – 8 – 1 – 32 – 14 – 19 – 13 – 15 – 17 – 9 – 5 – 3 – 1 – 21 – 43 – 10 – 37 – 6 – 16 – 11 – 26 – 1 – 18 – 34 – 44 – 27 – 39 – 35 – 7 – 20 – 1. Total biaya (biaya tetap + biaya variabel) pada rute hasil branch and bound adalah Rp.1.924.620. Total biaya rute existing yaitu sebesar Rp.2.265.097, sedangkan total biaya pada rute branch and bound yaitu sebesar Rp.1.924.620. Selisih dari total biaya kedua rute tersebut sebesar Rp. 340.477 (15,03%) untuk satu minggu proses pengiriman roti.
