Abstract

Teknologi dan informasi saat ini terbukti memberikan kemudahan pada pekerjaan manusia di segala aspek kehidupan. Perkembangan TI juga telah memberikan kesempatan bagi masyarakat untuk memperoleh informasi dan memberikan pengaruh yang besar dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat akan keterbukaan informasi, efisiensi dan pelayanan yang lebih baik. Berbagai layanan teknologi informasi yang tersedia dalam bidang pendidikan, industri, kesehatan dan pemerintahan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan performa dan kinerja dari perusahaan, instansi, atau organisasi. Dengan permasalahan, kebijakan, dan juga strategi yang ada di BPSTI Universitas Balikpapan, penelitian ini akan berfokus pada pembuatan dokumen layanan yang akan diberikan kepada pengguna. Penelitian ini akan mengangkat judul Perancangan Service Catalogue Management berdasarkan Service Portofolio pada Universitas Balikpapan dengan menggunakan ITIL Versi 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat 64 layanan yang dimasukkan ke dalam dokumen Business Service Catalogue dan Technical Service Catalogue. Diharapkan dengan adanya dokumen aktivitas pada proses bisnis, dokumentasi kebijakan layanan TI serta katalog layanan ini mampu menjadi sumber informasi lengkap, pengetahuan, acuan mengenai layanan agar meminimalisir permasalahan mengenai layanan di BPSTI Universitas Balikpapan.
