Abstract

Aplikasi Chat GPT telah melibatkan interaksi antara manusia dengan sistem (komputer). Tingkat kepercayaan terhadap teknologi disebut Human computer trust (HCT). Interaksi manusia dengan sistem mungkin mengalami perbedaan kepercayaan yang terjadi ketika menerima hasil jawaban menyelesaikan tugas atau informasi yang dibutuhkan. HCT menjadi faktor kunci perkembangan teknologi saat ini karena untuk mengukur kepercayaan penggunaan teknologi terhadap kepuasaan penggunaan Chat GPT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui human computer trust pada pengguna Chat GPT, mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pengalaman pengguna Chat GPT, mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan jenis-jenis pada human computer trust. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah experimental design dimana responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua kelompok pengguna yaitu novice dan expert dengan jumlah 32 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai tingkat Human computer trust pada penggunanya dimulai dari tertinggi hingga terendah, bagi pengguna expert adalah tugas 3, tugas 4, tugas 1 dan tugas 2, serta bagi pengguna novice adalah tugas 2, tugas 1, tugas 3 dan tugas 4. Terdapat perbedaan signifikan dari tingkat pengalaman pengguna terhadap human computer trust pada aplikasi Chat GPT yaitu tugas 1, tugas 2, dan tugas 3, serta tugas 4. Pada perbedaan jenis tugas terhadap human computer trust tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada semua jenis-jenis tugas.
