Abstract

Radiodiagnostik pada Laboratorium Kateterisasi (cathlab) menggunakan sinar-X secara esensial untuk diagnosis penyakit kardiovaskular kompleks. Namun, penggunaan sinar-x dengan paparan berulang dapat meningkatkan risiko efek samping jangka panjang. Pemahaman distribusi dosis radiasi pada pasien menjadi krusial, dan metode simulasi Monte Carlo umum digunakan. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan adanya sedikit perbedaan dalam spektrum sinar-X dari sumber tabung, dengan energi 0,05-0,01 MeV menghasilkan puncak fluks sebesar 6,2x10-3-9,27x10-3 partikel/cm2. Estimasi laju dosis radiasi diperoleh untuk rentang energi 0,05-0,1 MeV, dengan nilai tertinggi terjadi pada kulit depan, yaitu 0,46 mGy/s – 2,4 mGy/s. Estimasi laju dosis yang didapatkan sesuai dengan rekomendasi Bapeten yaitu tidak lebih dari 2,5 mGy/s pada kulit depan. Semakin tinggi energi yang digunakan, dosis serap yang dihasilkan juga semakin tinggi.
