Abstract

Kinerja perusahaan merupakan faktor penting yang perlu diukur untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan strategis yang telah ditetapkan. CV. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi produk High Pressure Laminate (HPL) yang memerlukan sistem pengukuran kinerja tidak hanya dari aspek keuangan, tetapi juga aspek nonkeuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Key Performance Indicator (KPI), mengukur ketercapaian KPI, dan menghasilkan pengukuran kinerja perusahaan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam KPI yang mewakili empat perspektif Balanced Scorecard, yaitu Return on Investment (ROI), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Timely Delivery Performance by Company (TDPC), Order Delivery Defect Free, Employee Training, dan Employee Retention. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa CV. XYZ memperoleh nilai Total Performance Percentage-Based Balanced Scorecard sebesar 104% atau setara dengan 1,04 dengan Grade A+ sehingga termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”. Meskipun demikian, terdapat dua indikator yang belum mencapai target perusahaan, yaitu Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) sebesar 72% dari target 81% dan Employee Retention sebesar 73% dari target 90%. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pelanggan, penanganan keluhan, pengawasan kualitas produk selama proses distribusi, serta menerapkan strategi retensi karyawan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan mempertahankan karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar evaluasi dan perbaikan kinerja perusahaan secara berkelanjutan.
