Abstract

PT. Alam Permai Makmur Raya adalah perusahaan yang beroperasi di industri perkebunan kelapa sawit. Pengelolaan data produksi perusahaan masih dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, sehingga proses pengumpulan, pengolahan, dan pembuatan laporan memakan waktu.Selain itu, informasi yang dihasilkan belum disajikan secara interaktif sehingga kurang mendukung proses monitoring dan pengambilan keputusan oleh manajemen. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan Business Intelligence berbasis dashboard interaktif menggunakan Microsoft Power BI untuk memvisualisasikan data produksi sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang lebih cepat, akurat, dan mudah dipahami. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Business Intelligence Roadmap yang terdiri atas tahapan Justification, Planning, Business Analysis, Design, Construction, dan Deployment. Data yang digunakan merupakan data produksi PT. Alam Permai Makmur Raya selama periode 2022-2024. Proses pengolahan data dilakukan melalui tahapan Extract, Transform, dan Load (ETL), kemudian dimodelkan dan divisualisasikan menggunakan Microsoft Power BI dalam bentuk dashboard interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dashboard Business Intelligence mampu menyajikan informasi produksi secara visual, interaktif, dan terintegrasi, meliputi indikator kinerja utama, tren produksi, perbandingan produksi antar-afdeling, serta fitur penyaringan data berdasarkan periode. Dashboard yang dihasilkan membantu pihak manajemen dalam memantau kinerja produksi, mengidentifikasi tren dan permasalahan produksi, serta mempercepat penyusunan laporan dan proses pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan metode System Usability Scale menunjukkan bahwa dashboard memiliki tingkat usability yang baik sehingga layak digunakan sebagai pendukung pengambilan keputusan pada PT. Alam Permai Makmur Raya.
