Abstract

Produksi formamida dari metil format dan amoniak dengan kapasitas 10.000 ton/tahun terdiri dari tahapan pretreatment bahan baku, sintesa formamida, dan pemurnian. Pretreatment amoniak dilakukan dengan merubah fase amoniak cair menjadi gas. Sintesa formamida terjadi pada reaktor gelembung dengan mencampurkan metil format fase cair dengan amoniak fase gas. Tahap pemurnian dilakukan untuk menghilangkan kandungan pengotor yang terikut dalam formamida agar diperoleh produk dengan kemurnian tinggi. Pabrik ini direncanakan berdiri di Kota palembang, Sumatera Selatan pada tahun 2030 dengan kapasitas 10.000 ton/tahun dan beroperasi selama 330 hari/tahun. Berdasarkan analisa ekonomi yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh investasi modal tetap pabrik formamida sebsar Rp 397.929.356.836,80 dengan nilai DCFR sebesar 27,57%, Net Profit Value sebesar Rp 312.883.520,31, DPBP selama 3 tahun, ROI after tax sebesar 62,92%, BEP sebesar 50% dengan kapasitas 5.000 ton/tahun, dan SDP 23% saat kapasitas 2.300 ton/tahun.
