Abstract

CV. Gita Arcapada Khatulistiwa (CV. GAK) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri kreatif khususnya pada sektor film animasi & video. Perusahaan ini berdomisili di kota Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. Perusahaan ini memiliki kerjasama dengan PT. XYZ untuk membuat video dokumentasi turn around pabrik dengan total waktu proyek selama 80 hari. Namun, CV. GAK mengalami kendala pada pelaksanaan penjadwalan mereka yang terlalu lama. Dalam proyek video pariwisata pada tahun 2021 CV. GAK mengalami kerugian waktu selama 17 hari pada total waktu proyek. Hal ini tentunya berdampak besar terhadap kerjasama CV. GAK dengan PT. XYZ ke depannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah peningkatan efektivitas dan efisiensi waktu proyek video dokumenter dengan menentukan predecessor activity, menentukan jalur kritis, dan menghitung probabilitas keberhasilan proyek menggunakan metode critical path method (CPM) dan project evaluation and review technique (PERT). Jalur kritis pada CPM dilewati oleh aktivitas 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 37, 43, 56, 62, 68, 74, 93, 80, 99, 86, dan 106. Jalur kritis CPM menghasilkan total waktu proyek selama 58 hari. Jalur kritis pada PERT dilewati oleh aktivitas 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 30, 31, 32, 37, 43, 62, 68, 74, 93, 80, 99, 86, dan 106. Jalur kritis pada PERT menghasilkan total waktu 64 hari dengan probabilitas keberhasilan 98%. Kata kunci : Penjadwalan Proyek, CPM, PERT, Video Dokumenter, Industri Kreatif
