Abstract

Decommissioning barge perlu untuk ditambat menggunakan suatu sistem tambat. Hal ini dilakukan utamanya untuk menjaga decommissioning barge agar tetap pada tempatnya saat beroperasi. Gaya lingkungan (angin, gelombang, dan arus) menyebabkan respon gerak, tension, restoring force dan damping pada decommissioning barge dan system tambatnya. Oleh sebab itu responnya perlu dievaluasi dengan mempertimbangkan variasi tinggi gelombang dengan pendekatan time response analysis saat kondisi intact atau ULS (Ultimate Limit State). API RP 2 SK digunakan dalam mengevaluasi safety factor untuk tension pada mooring line dan anchor holding capacity yang dibutuhkan pada jangkar.
