Abstract

Teknologi informasi yang berkembang pesat saat ini berdampak pada perkembangan perdagangan elektronik atau e–commerce. Salah satunya dengan platform e–commerce menjadikan produk perikanan menjadi salah satu komoditas yang menarik perhatian pasar. Dengan rantai pasokan produk perikanan yang panjang dan kompleks, banyak masalah yang dihadapi oleh pemasok dan pelanggan produk yang mudah rusak ini. Melalui Bidfish.id, sebagai salah satu platform pelelangan ikan online yang menawarkan efisiensi distribusi hasil perikanan dari nelayan langsung ke konsumen memberikan manfaat dalam mengurangi kompleksitas rantai pasok. Namun, Bidfish.id masih belum memiliki pemetaan proses bisnis dan standar operasional secara tertulis dalam bentuk dokumen SOP yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan operasional untuk pengembangan bisnis kedepannya. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk memetakan proses bisnis dan menyusun Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pelelangan ikan online. Proses bisnis dipetakan menggunakan diagram Process–Chain Network (PCN). Hasil dari pemetaan proses bisnis tersebut kemudian dibuat rancangan SOP yang digunakan sebagai acuan tertulis standar bagi Bidfish.id. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PCN peta proses bisnis menggambarkan 10 aktivitas yang kemudian dibuat rancangan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) untuk menjadi alternatif bagi Bidfish.id dalam menjaga standar bakunya.
