Abstract
Pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk di Indonesia yang terus meningkat mendorong pemerintah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tempat tinggal dengan menyediakan gedung secara vertikal terlebih di kota Jakarta. Salah satu gedung tersebut yaitu rumah susun. Rumah susun yang berada di Jakarta Selatan merupakan bangunan high rise building serta berada di zona wilayah gempa. Kota Jakarta memiliki beberapa riwayat terkena dampak gempa karena gempa yang terjadi di sekitar Jakarta memiliki riwayat berkekuatan hingga 7,3 skala ritcher. Efek gempa ini tentunya dapat menyebabkan kerusakan gedung serta dapat menyebabkan korban jiwa. Hal ini menjadi suatu alasan untuk melakukan penelitian analisis secara dinamik dengan metode response spectrum dan time history sesuai dengan lokasi bangunan rumah susun. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai perpindahan, gaya geser dasar, simpangan antar lantai serta mengetahui tingkat kinerja struktur Rumah Susun. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, didapatkan nilai gaya geser dasar metode response spectrum arah x 63095.12 kN dan arah y 70181.93 kN, sedangkan nilai gaya geser dasar metode time history arah x 78259.42 kN dan arah y 94543.6 kN. Nilai perpindahan terbesar metode response spectrum arah x 93.985 mm dan arah y 90.184 mm terjadi di atap. Nilai perpindahan terbesar metode time history arah x 103.528 mm dan arah y 102.447 mm terjadi di atap. Nilai simpangan antar lantai metode response spectrum terbesar terjadi di lantai 4 yaitu arah x 40.479 mm dan arah y 31.524. Nilai simpangan antar lantai metode time history terbesar terjadi di lantai 4 yaitu arah x 44.807 mm dan arah y 32.464 mm. Tingkat kinerja struktur yang didapatkan berdasarkan nilai total drift ratio arah x dan arah y baik metode response spectrum dan time history masuk dalam kategori Immediate Occupancy (IO) yang artinya struktur bangunan masih dikatakan aman dan kerusakan tidak fatal.
