Abstract

Decommissioning adalah tahapan akhir dari masa pakai sebuah anjungan yang berada pada lepas pantai. Dalam rangka menunjang kegiatan decommissioning yang akan dilakukan maka dirancanglah sebuah barge atau kapal tongkang yang dimodifikasi untuk menjadi alat yang bisa membantu kegiatan pembongkaran anjungan lepas pantai. Modifikasi yang dilakukan adalah dengan menambahkan apending frame yang fungsinya untuk mengangkat anjungan yang siap untuk dibongkar. Tentu saja bukan hanya itu yang menjadi konsideran dalam modifikasi decommissioning barge namun juga perencanaan desain stowage plan untuk model barge yang dimodifikasi agar komponen dan muatan yang ada pada barge mampu diletakan dengan posisi sesuai agar barge yang dirancang memiliki kapasitas yang sesuai dengan tujuan dari barge tersebut. Ketika semua bagian tadi sudah dibuat kemudian dilakukan validasi untuk membandingkan nilai model dengan yang ada pada stability booklet, jika sudah maka tahap selanjutnya adalah membuat code dengan menggunakan moses executive. Untuk analisis stabilitas ketika lifting yang telah dilakukan simulasi pada penelitian ini mendapatkan nilai dengan variasi titik CoG tertinggi, terjauh dan dengan variasi draft 4.5m, 5.5m, 5.8m, didapatkan bahwa nilai stabilitas sudah memenuhi kriteria DNVGL-ST-N001 pada bagian nilai GM (metacentris height), intact range, area ratio.
