Abstract

Instalasi Pengelolaan Air Minum (IPAM) Kampung Damai merupakan salah satu instalasi pengelolaan air yang berada di Kota Balikpapan tepatnya di Kelurahan Damai Balikpapan Selatan. Pengendalian kualitas air produksi IPAM Kampung Damai menggunakan karakteristik kualitas sesuai dengan aturan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No 492 Tahun 2010. Beberapa karakteristik kualitasnya yaitu warna, kekeruhan, zat padat terlarut, derajat keasaman (pH) dan besi total. Pengendalian kualitas produksi dilakukan untuk memonitor proses produksi dan mendeteksi adanya proses yang tidak terkendali (out of control) disebabkan oleh beberapa karakteristik kualitas air. Perhitungan rata-rata proses pengendalian kualitas perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah data pengamatan melewati kendali rata rata proses atau tidak. Oleh karena itu peta kendali multivariat MEWMA (Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Average) dapat digunakan sebagai pendekatan pengukuran kualitas pada data produksi air pada IPAM Kampung Damai. Output dari penelitian ini yaitu didapakan nilai pembobot optimum pada λ = 0,6 dengan nilai UCL = 16,67 dan didapatkan sebanyak 7 pengamatan yang berada di luar batas kendali (Out Of Control) yaitu pada pengamatan ke-1, 11, 12, 14, 15, 19, dan 34. Hasil peta kendali MEWMA dilakukan pengecekan variabel yang out of control menggunakan EWMA dan didapatkan grafik dari masing-masing variabel warna, kekeruhan, zat padat terlarut, derajat keasaman (pH) dan besi total memiliki pengamatan yang out of control.
