Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkoba di kalangan remaja, terutama di Kota Balikpapan, menjadi fokus utama dengan kontribusi signifikan terhadap kejahatan di Indonesia, mencapai 16,59% dari total kejahatan menurut Pusiknas Bareskrim Polri 2023. Indonesian Drugs Report 2023 mencatat peningkatan kasus pelajar dan mahasiswa terlibat narkoba, dari 17 pada 2020 menjadi 219 di awal 2023. Dukungan kelompok sebaya diakui sebagai kunci dalam pencegahan. Penelitian ini dengan metode DBSCAN clustering digunakan untuk menganalisis tingkat dukungan kelompok sebaya terhadap perilaku anti-narkoba, dengan hasil identifikasi lima klaster menunjukkan silhoutte coefficient tertinggi, yakni 0.72757215, dengan parameter epsilon 0.11 dan MinPts 50. Klaster 1 dan 2, remaja perempuan dan laki-laki 10-12 tahun, menunjukkan kurangnya dukungan terhadap perilaku anti-narkoba dengan mayoritas waktu dihabiskan untuk bermain game. Klaster 4, remaja perempuan 11-17 tahun, menunjukkan dukungan teman sebaya yang tinggi, mayoritas mencari informasi/browsing (lebih dari 8 jam), dan tingkat aktivitas organisasi yang tinggi. Klaster 3 dan 5, melibatkan remaja laki-laki 14-21 tahun dan perempuan 10-19 tahun, menunjukkan dukungan yang cukup terhadap perilaku anti narkoba, mayoritas waktu dihabiskan untuk bermain game. Kesimpulannya, hanya kelima klaster terbaik ini memberikan gambaran tentang dukungan kelompok sebaya terhadap perilaku anti-narkoba di Kota Balikpapan.
