Abstract
Sea surface waves are one of the most complex and changeable phenomena compared to currents and tides, so it is difficult to fully understand the characteristics of sea surface waves. These waves are basically random waves because of the various types of waves with certain frequencies that are positioned in each other. The source of these waves is mainly wind, so they are often called Wind Waves. To obtain data on wave height and sea surface temperature, to collect data from various sources of wavebreakers, adequate tools are needed. To meet the needs of the datta, there are several types of tools that can be used both inside and outside, but usually require a lot of money. For example, if you only need one or two parameters to find wave height and temperature data, you will need water height and temperature parameters. The manufacture of marine building instruments can meet the need for data fulfillment is very helpful. In this research, it is expected to collect a large amount of wave data, such as water level height and sea surface temperature, in a matter of seconds. All data collected must be up-to-date and in real-time.
