Abstract

In a project work, the occupational safety and health of each individual has an important influence on the performance of the micropile project. Micropiles are small diameter piles that are reliable compared to conventional pile foundation techniques. This work can influence several factors in increasing work accidents, an important part of the analysis is knowing the highest level of work accidents, factors that give rise to the potential for work accidents and controlling work accidents which aims to create a safe, efficient and productive work environment. The results of observations and interviews by the author show that dangers can arise due to implementation by workers. This research was conducted to determine the factors that cause work accidents and how to anticipate these accidents, with the approach applied in this research including a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach. A qualitative approach is used at the survey, observation, interview and questionnaire stages, while a quantitative approach is used to assess the relative importance index to determine the highest to lowest average. Calculations for assessing the highest level of work accidents and variables are declared relevant or not by experts in this field. Furthermore, during the validity test and reliability test, the results of the two tests obtained for each variable were valid and reliable. After that, the relative importance index of the calculated variables is calculated and given a ranking according to the calculation results. The results of direct observations and calculations are used to control work accidents. The results of research analysis to determine the work with the highest work accident rate is foundry work. The work accident factor with the highest Relative Importance Index is direct contact with temperature, radiation, chemicals and noise, while the lowest Relative Importance Index is being buried by soil during excavation. Supervision of work accident control is through the hierarchy of work accident control by conducting K3 observations in the form of identifying work accidents and implementing work accident control by interviewing the K3 coordinator. PT project work. X provides a safe, efficient and productive work environment by implementing occupational safety and health management.
