Abstract

Sistem Informasi Teknik Industri (SITI) adalah aplikasi web yang dikembangkan oleh Teknik Industri Institut Teknologi Kalimantan, digunakan sebagai media digital interaksi untuk Kerja Praktek (KP) dan Tugas Akhir (TA) bagi dosen dan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi usability pada SITI yang baru dikembangkan dan belum pernah melalui evaluasi user experience. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengevaluasi tingkat efektivitas, efisiensi, kepuasan, dan pengalaman pengguna pada dosen dan mahasiswa menggunakan metode Performance Measurement, Retrospective Think Aloud(RTA), dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi diperoleh tingkat efektivitas dengan perhitungan completion rate dan error rate dari pengguna dosen dan mahasiswa tergolong efektif, namun SITI belum tergolong efisien karena terdapat kegagalan yang fatal dalam penyelesaian tugas. Pada RTA diperoleh respons verbalisasi pengalaman pengguna di setiap tugas sehingga diperoleh rekomendasi perbaikan antarmuka SITI dari sisi pengguna dosen dan mahasiswa. Hasil evaluasi berdasarkan SUS diperoleh pada dosen skor 68,75 penerimaan marginal sedangkan pada mahasiswa sebesar 71,95 penerimaan acceptable, sehingga SITI dapat diterima namun perlu dilakukan peningkatan antarmuka dan fungsionalitas untuk memaksimalkan kepuasan pengguna. Berdasarkan evaluasi tersebut menjadi dasar acuan rekomendasi pengembangan SITI sesuai kebutuhan dari sisi pengguna.
