Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik beban, kondisi inisiasi SoC (State Of Charge) penyimpanan baterai, dan permintaan daya pada VESS. Selain itu, Penggunaan sistem model VESS bertujuan untuk mengakomodasi permintaan daya dengan menyimpan energi saat produksinya tinggi dan melepaskannya saat produksinya rendah. Dalam mengatasi permintaan daya yang meningkat pada sistem distribusi, diperlukan rancangan model penyimpanan yang dapat menggambarkan parameter sistem jaringan yang sesuai dengan perhitungan matematis sehingga dapat diintegrasikan dengan VESS. Pemodelan VESS ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan simulasi MATLAB Simulink. Software ini dilengkapi dengan library block yang mencakup berbagai aspek sistem, termasuk sumber daya, penyimpanan energi, beban, dan kontrol sistem. Pengujian simulasi VESS dilakukan terhadap berbagai beban termasuk IEEE 33 Bus dan beban dengan karakteristik Gaussian, Eksponensial, Kurva-S, serta Kurva-Z. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa VESS dapat mengakomodasi beban IEEE 33 Bus dengan nilai sisa initial SoC yakni 30,5 % sedangkan beban karakteristik gaussian yang diperoleh yaitu 18,56%, beban eksponensial sebesar 25,83%, beban kurva S sebesar 16,88%, dan beban kurva Z sebesar 16,42%.
