Abstract

Stunting merupakan permasalahan gizi yang dihadapi oleh negara berkembang di seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Stunting dapat menghambat tumbuh kembang anak yang kemudian berdampak pada kualitas sumber daya manusia di suatu negara. Pemerintah Indonesia telah melakukan berbagai upaya percepatan penurunan stunting dengan menetapkan target penurunan pada tahun 2024 sebesar 14%. Namun, banyak daerah, termasuk Kecamatan Kuaro, masih belum mencapai target tersebut dengan prevalensi sebesar 21% pada Desember 2023. Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kuaro menjadi kecamatan dengan prevalensi stunting tertinggi ketiga setelah Longikis dan Longkali. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, diperlukan upaya percepatan penanganan stunting di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi prevalensi stunting di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kuaro. Metode yang digunakan adalah Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR), meliputi studi literatur, pengumpulan data, preprocessing data, analisis eksploratori, pemodelan GWR, dan evaluasi model terbaik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model dengan nilai evaluasi sebesar 91,4% dapat dihasilkan pada setiap lokasi observasi. Terdapat enam wilayah dengan variabel anemia yang signifikan serta tiga wilayah tanpa variabel signifikan. Urutan prioritas yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat membantu Puskesmas Kuaro dalam mengembangkan program pencegahan stunting yang lebih terarah dan berkelanjutan.
