Abstract

Business Continuity Plan (BCP) merupakan dokumen yang dirancang untuk memastikan kelangsungan operasional perusahaan meskipun terjadi gangguan tak terduga. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental Shorebase Tanjung Batu (PSTB), sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor energi, jasa pelayaran, maritim, dan logistik. PSTB menghadapi risiko seperti tanah longsor dan kebakaran, yang dapat memengaruhi ketersediaan sistem informasi dan kelangsungan bisnis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tujuh tahap, yaitu inisiasi proyek, penilaian risiko, analisis dampak bisnis, strategi mitigasi risiko, identifikasi pemicu dan penyusunan langkah pemulihan, pembentukan Tim BC/DR dan rencana komunikasi, serta rekomendasi pelatihan dan pengujian. Metode Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko potensial dan menganalisis dampaknya terhadap bisnis. Penyusunan dokumen BCP mematuhi standar ISO 22301:2019 dan mengintegrasikan kerangka kerja NIST SP 800-34 untuk memastikan kelengkapan dan relevansi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi BCP yang sesuai dapat meningkatkan kesiapan operasional PSTB dalam menghadapi risiko tak terduga. Dengan demikian, BCP ini diharapkan mampu melindungi kelangsungan proses bisnis dan mendukung pencapaian visi serta misi perusahaan. Kata kunci: BCP, FMEA, ISO 22301:2019, NIST SP 800-34, PSTB.
