Abstract

Perbaikan kapal akan meliputi beberapa pekerjaan, seperti; replating, painting dan sandblasting. Tujian penelitian yaitu menganalisis… bahaya apa saja yang terindentifikasi selama pekerjaan, kedua mencari nilai risiko pada pekerjaan maintenance kapal, dan yang terakhir melakukan perekomendasian pengendalian yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Menggunakan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control). Penelitian melibatkan 5 responden yang terdiri dari HSSE Officer, safetyman, SPV welding dan replating, SPV painting dan sandblasting. Berdasarkan dari 3 pekerjaan, pekerjaan replating merupakan pekerjaan dengan aktivitas terbanyak, sebanyak 18 aktivitas pekerjaan. Nilai risiko terbesar adalah 15 yang berada pada risk rating extreme. Pengendalian risiko yang dilakukan berupa rekayasa teknik seperti penggunaan alat bantu angkut, administrasi kontrol berupa training pekerja, pembuatan sign berbahaya, SIKA, dan SOP, terakhir dilakukan penngendalian berupa alat pelindung diri (APD) seperti sepatu safety, sarung tangan, kacamata safety dan helm safety.
