Abstract

Penurunan penjualan secara signifikan pada bulan Mei 2024 di toko Yudhaombox_st0re menjadi indikator awal adanya permasalahan dalam kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Meskipun pendapatan kotor sempat meningkat pada bulan April, toko menerima sejumlah keluhan dari pelanggan terkait ketidaksesuaian ekspektasi pelayanan, seperti respons karyawan yang lambat dan informasi produk yang tidak jelas. Kondisi ini diperparah oleh tingginya persaingan antar toko ritel smartphone di Kota Samarinda, yang menuntut peningkatan kualitas layanan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis kualitas pelayanan di Yudhaombox_st0re agar dapat mengidentifikasi aspek layanan yang harus dipertahankan maupun diperbaiki. Tiga metode yang digunakan adalah Service Quality (Servqual) untuk mengukur kesenjangan antara harapan dan persepsi pelanggan, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan secara menyeluruh, serta Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk menentukan atribut layanan prioritas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat 20 atribut dengan nilai Gap negatif, yang berarti layanan belum sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan. Nilai Customer Satisfaction Index sebesar 72,85% menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan berada pada kategori “puas”. Sementara itu, 7 atribut masuk dalam Kuadran I IPA, yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk perbaikan layanan. Temuan ini memberikan dasar penting bagi pengambilan keputusan strategis toko dalam memperbaiki kualitas layanan dan mencegah penurunan kinerja di masa mendatang.
