Abstract
Dalam upaya mencapai keberlanjutan, pengelolaan Seven Green Waste meliputi energi, air, material, limbah, transportasi, emisi, dan keanekaragaman hayati menjadi fokus penting, khususnya dalam proses remanufaktur di PT KRA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Seven Green Waste dalam proses remanufaktur komponen engine, menganalisis dampak lingkungan menggunakan metode Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), serta menentukan strategi pengurangan pemborosan melalui Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil LCA menunjukkan bahwa kategori Global Warming memiliki dampak paling signifikan sebesar 1.91532 × 10¹¹ Kg CO₂ eq, yang didominasi oleh aktivitas transportasi dan penggunaan bahan bakar fosil. Selain itu, terdapat dampak besar pada Terrestrial Ecotoxicity dan Fossil Resource Scarcity akibat limbah kimia dan konsumsi energi listrik berbasis fosil. Sementara itu, hasil AHP menunjukkan bahwa strategi Waste to Resource Recovery menjadi prioritas utama dengan bobot 26.29%, diikuti oleh Green Chemistry & Eco Design dan IoT-Based Monitoring. Meskipun terdapat perbedaan antara hasil LCA dan persepsi responden dalam AHP, terutama pada isu air sebagai prioritas responden strategi yang dipilih tetap mampu menjawab kedua sisi permasalahan. Waste to Resource Recovery dinilai efektif dalam mengurangi limbah dan konsumsi sumber daya sekaligus mendukung efisiensi material dan air. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya pendekatan terintegrasi antara data ilmiah dan persepsi responden dalam merumuskan strategi pengurangan dampak lingkungan pada proses remanufaktur.
