Abstract
Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti keterbatasan akses modal dan dampak pandemi COVID-19. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, pemerintah merencanakan kebijakan penghapusan utang UMKM melalui Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 47 Tahun 2024. Kebijakan ini memicu berbagai opini publik di media sosial, khususnya platform X (Twitter), yang menjadi sumber utama dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen publik terhadap kebijakan tersebut menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier. Data yang digunakan berupa 10.600 tweet berbahasa Indonesia yang dikumpulkan pada periode November 2024 hingga Februari 2025 dan diklasifikasikan ke dalam dua kategori sentimen, yaitu positif dan negatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sentimen positif mendominasi dengan jumlah 6.215 tweet, sedangkan sentimen negatif berjumlah 4.385 tweet. Model dibangun dengan pembagian data 80:20. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan performa yang cukup baik dengan akurasi sebesar 89,8%. Hasil Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa mayoritas masyarakat merespons positif kebijakan penghapusan utang UMKM.
