Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menganalisis sistem pengaturan kecepatan motor DC pada alat penyangrai kopi menggunakan metode kontrol PID-Fuzzy. Sistem dibangun dengan memodelkan motor DC sebagai plant dalam bentuk fungsi transfer, dan kemudian diterapkan kontrol PID konvensional serta kontrol PID adaptif berbasis logika fuzzy. Input pada sistem fuzzy berupa nilai error dan delta error yang menghasilkan parameter PID (Kp, Ki, Kd) secara otomatis. Pengujian dilakukan melalui simulasi dan implementasi langsung dengan Arduino Uno, sensor encoder FC-03, dan driver motor L298N. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa tanpa kontrol, sistem memiliki error steady state hingga 14,29% dan overshoot sebesar 17%, yang menunjukkan ketidakstabilan performa. Penerapan kontrol PID mampu menurunkan error steady state menjadi 2,86% dan mempercepat rise time menjadi hanya 2 detik, namun masih terdapat overshoot sebesar 5,71%. Sementara itu, kontrol PID-Fuzzy menunjukkan performa paling stabil dengan error steady state terendah 0,29% dan overshoot yang hampir nol, walaupun memiliki rise time sedikit lebih lambat. Pada pengujian dengan beban bervariasi 200, 400, 600, dan 1200 gram, sistem kontrol PID-Fuzzy secara konsisten menunjukkan kestabilan, fluktuasi minimal, serta respon yang halus dan mendekati setpoint 35 RPM. Dengan demikian, kontrol PID-Fuzzy terbukti lebih efektif dalam menjaga kestabilan kecepatan motor DC dibandingkan kontrol PID konvensional, khususnya dalam penerapan sistem penyangrai kopi yang memerlukan akurasi dan stabilitas tinggi terhadap perubahan beban.
