Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memberikan peluang besar bagi institusi pendidikan untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan aksesibilitas informasi secara digital, salah satunya dengan cara menggunakan website. Penggunaan website dalam sistem informasi profil sekolah dasar menjadi upaya strategis dalam mempromosikan sekolah ke masyarakat luas. Salah satu sekolah yang menghadapi tantangan dalam menyebarkan informasi secara luas karena lokasi yang berada dalam gang, minimnya promosi, serta terbatas akses masyarakat terhadap informasi sekolah adalah SD Negeri 033 Samboja. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan website profil SD Negeri 033 Samboja sebagai media informasi dan promosi berbasis Content Management System (CMS) dengan menggunakan WordPress. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Scrum, dengan tiga sprint, dengan total 12 product backlog yang dikembangkan berdasarkan prioritas kebutuhan pengguna. Fitur utama yang dihasilkan meliputi halaman profil sekolah, halaman guru dan staf, halaman kontak, halaman prestasi, halaman kegiatan, halaman berita dan pengumuman, syarat pendaftaran, timeline dan prosedur, serta dokumen PPDB (Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru), dan sistem CRUD (Create, Read, Upload, Delete) admin. Implementasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi, memperluas jangkauan informasi, dan mendukung strategi promosi dalam menarik calon peserta didik. Selain itu berdasarkan hasil pengujian User Acceptance Testing (UAT), website ini memperoleh nilai sebesar 92% yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem dinilai sangat baik dan telah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.
