Abstract

Manajemen persediaan yang efektif dan efisien sangat penting untuk menunjnag keberhasilan dari proses operasional, begitu pula sebaliknya manajemen persediaan yang buruk dapat menyebabkan berbagai permasalahan seperti overstock, permasalahan ini semakin penting terutaman dalam industri ritel. Hal tersebut dapat disebabkan karena tidak adanya manajemen persediaan yang baik dan tidak ada prediksi persediaan optimal karena permintaan pelanggan yang berubah sehingga produk dibeli secara acak tanpa mengetahui target pasar.Toko Yeoja Beauty (YB) merupakan salah satu UMKM di Balikpapan yang mengalami permasalahan overstock pada 26 jenis produknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen persediaan di Toko Yeoja Beauty dengan melakukan analisis klasifikasi produk, peramalan penjualan, serta penentuan jumlah dan biaya persediaan yang optimal. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis ABC, Peramalan, dan EOQ. Peneltian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis data primer berasal dari hasil observasi lapangan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan dan kebijakan persediaan, kemudian pendekatan kuantitatif berasal dari data sekunder yang mencakup nama produk, data penjualan, dan harga produk selama periode Mei 2024 hingga April 2025. Dari penelitian ini yang diolah dengan analisis ABC dari total 26 jenis produk overstock diperoleh 10 produk yang masuk ke dalam kelas A, 10 produk yang masuk ke dalam kelas B dan 6 produk masuk ke dalam kelas C. Hasil uji akurasi peramalan ARIMA dan Exponential Smoothing, sebagian besar hasil error terkecil 28,0260% diperoleh model Exponential Smoothing sehingga hasil peramalan digunakan untuk input sebagai perhitungan EOQ. Hasil perhitungan EOQ memperoleh jumlah optimal untuk setiap pemesanan yaitu 11 unit untuk produk PA1 Acnaway Mugwort Water Gel, 4 unit untuk produk PA2 Avoskin YSB Serum Vit. C, 11 unit untuk produk PA3 Breylee teTea Tree Blackhead Mask Step 1, 7 unit untuk produk PA4 Facetology Triple Care Lip Protector Sunscreen, 3 unit untuk produk PA5 Skintific Cleansing Balm, 6 unit untuk produk PA6 Grace n Glow Deo Serum, 5 unit untuk produk PA7 Barenbliss Pimple Warrior 35gr, 10 unit untuk produk PA8 Saniye Perfect High Coverage Concealer, 8 unit untuk produk PA9 Eonnie Eyelash Extension dan 9 unit untuk produk PA10 Animate Glow Lip Serum.
