Abstract
Pemalsuan Crude Palm Oil (CPO) menjadi tantangan serius bagi industri, mengingat metode konvensional seperti FTIR dan UV-VIS memiliki keterbatasan dalam mendeteksi perubahan kecil dalam komposisi kimia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sensor berbasis antena sebagai solusi alternatif yang mampu mendeteksi kualitas CPO secara real time dan non destruktif. Antena yang dirancang menggunakan material substrate FR-4 dan copper dengan frekuensi kerja 2.2 hingga 2.6 GHz serta dilengkapi metasurface untuk meningkatkan sensitivitas terhadap perubahan permitivitas bahan uji. Proses eksperimen akan dilakukan terhadap objek cair berupa air, alkohol, dan CPO, yang memiliki permitivitas relatif dan yang berbeda. Pengukuran akan dilakukan menggunakan NanoVNA untuk mengamati pergeseran frekuensi resonansi sebagai respons terhadap variasi sampel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perubahan frekuensi resonansi berkorelasi terhadap variasi kadar air dan FFA pada CPO. Dengan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda menghasilkan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0.861 yang menunjukkan hubungan antara parameter kadar pada CPO dengan respons frekuensi antena. Dengan keunggulan berupa kemudahan fabrikasi dan desain, biaya rendah, serta kemampuan deteksi yang cepat serta non-invasif, sensor berbasis antena dan metasurface ini memiliki potensi sebagai teknologi alternaitf untuk memantau kualitas CPO.
