Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan anggota Delion terhadap kinerja Kabinet Amerta Gantari di Institut Teknologi Kalimantan (ITK). Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi logistik ordinal, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara variabel dependen (tingkat kepuasan anggota) dan beberapa variabel independen yang berskala ordinal. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner daring yang disebarkan menggunakan Google Form, yang disebarkan kepada seluruh anggota Delion, mencakup mahasiswa aktif Statistika angkatan 2020, 2021, 2022, dan 2023. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan adalah Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), dan Empathy (X5) Hasil ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan pada aspek-aspek tersebut guna meningkatkan kepuasan anggota terhadap kinerja kabinet Amerta Gantari.
