Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem keamanan rumah berbasis You Only Look Once (YOLO) untuk deteksi wajah dan Face Recognition dengan metode Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) untuk identifikasi wajah. Sistem dirancang agar mampu membedakan antara penghuni rumah dan orang asing, termasuk pendeteksian wajah dengan masker atau tertutup sebagian. Dataset wajah akan dikumpulkan melalui raspberry pi menggunakan kamera dan disimpan otomatis melalui input nama pengguna. Dataset ini kemudian dilatih untuk menghasilkan face encoding yang digunakan dalam proses pengenalan wajah. Sistem akan mendeteksi manusia dengan YOLO dan mengenali wajah menggunakan face recognition. Jika wajah tidak dikenali atau tertutup, maka sistem akan mengaktifkan buzzer dan mengirim notifikasi ke aplikasi Home Security. Sistem di uji dalam pendeteksian satu hingga dua wajah yang dikenali dan tidak dikenali, serta wajah tertutup. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki akurasi deteksi mencapai 93.5% dalam mendeteksi keberadaan pencuri dengan wajah tertutup dan dalam mengenali wajah pemilik rumah. Sistem juga mampu merespon notifikasi dan kendali buzzer melalui aplikasi secara real-time. Kata kunci: Sistem Keamanan Rumah, You Only Look Once (YOLO), Deteksi Wajah, Buzzer, dan Notifikasi.
