Abstract

Proyek pembangunan kantin dua lantai di Institut Teknologi Kalimantan ini akan menggunakan struktur utama beton bertulang yang dicor di tempat, didukung oleh suplai beton ready mix untuk memastikan kualitas dan efisiensi pengecoran. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan struktur dilakukan dengan metode bottom-up, dimulai dari pondasi hingga lantai teratas. Penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) proyek mengacu pada standar harga satuan Kota Balikpapan dan referensi brosur yang relevan, sesuai peraturan yang berlaku, untuk memastikan kesesuaian biaya pelaksanaan. Analisis biaya ini mencakup perhitungan kapasitas alat, produktivitas tenaga kerja, durasi pekerjaan, serta penyusunan detail setiap item pekerjaan secara cermat. Setelah durasi setiap item pekerjaan teridentifikasi, tahapan selanjutnya adalah penyusunan jadwal proyek secara terperinci dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Microsoft Project, yang akan mengidentifikasi hubungan antar tugas (predecessor dan successor) serta jalur kritis proyek. Dari perencanaan yang telah disusun, didapatkan waktu pelaksanaan proyek tersebut adalah 196 hari kalender kerja, terhitung mulai tanggal 01 Oktober 2025 hingga 17 Maret 2026. Hari kerja efektif proyek ditetapkan dari Senin hingga Sabtu, dengan jam kerja 7 jam per hari, dimulai pukul 08.00 hingga pukul 16.00. Adapun total biaya pelaksanaan untuk pembangunan kantin dua lantai ini diperkirakan sebesar Rp13.785.458,00.
