Abstract
Dalam dunia industri modern, motor listrik berperan penting dalam sistem konveyor untuk memindahkan material secara efisien. Penelitian ini menganalisis perbandingan performa kecepatan antara motor BLDC (Brushless DC) dan motor DC konvesional pada prototipe konveyor berskala kecil dengan ken dali PID-Fuzzy. Motor BLDC menawarkan efisiensi tinggi dan perwatan rendah, sementara motor DC unggul dalam kemudahan pengendalian kecepatan namun memerlukan perawatan lebih intensif. Kendali PID-Fuzzy diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kestabilan kecepatan, dengan PID memberikan respons cepat dan Fuzzy Logic memungkinkan penyesuaian adaptif terhadap kondisi sistem. Prototipe dikendalikan oleh Arduino Uno dengan sensor kecepatan sebagai umpan balik. Penelitian dilakukan melalui simulasi MATLAB serta pengujian langsung pada hardware. Pengujian dilakukan dalam tiga kondisi: tanpa kendali, dengan kendali PID, dan dengan kendali PID-Fuzzy, pada kedua jenis motor. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PID-Fuzzy menghasilkan kestabilan kecepatan yang lebih baik dibandingkan metode PID saja, khususnya pada kondisi perubahan beban. Motor BLDC menunjukkan keunggulan dalam efisiensi dan kestabilan kecepatan dibandingkan motor DC. Dengan demikian, integrasi kendali PID-Fuzzy dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam menjaga performa konveyor yang stabil dan efisien.
