Abstract
Pemanfaatan bahan bakar fosil sebagai energi listrik Indonesia semakin meningkat. Maka dari itu, pemerintah berkomitmen memanfaatkan Energi Baru dan Terbarukan (EBT) sebesar 23%. Salah satu solusi untuk mencapai target tersebut melalui energi surya. Penggunaan energi surya di daerah yang berpotensi iradiasi matahari besar yaitu tempat wisata Pantai Pemedas Samboja. Panel surya adalah sumber energi alternatif yang bisa mengimplementasikan suatu stasiun pengisian sehingga memudahkan mengisi kembali baterai pengunjung pantai yang mengalami kehabisan baterai handphone. Penelitian ini mempunyai berbagai indikator pada tahap rancangan stasiun pengisian terdiri panel surya, inverter, solar charge controller (SCC) Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) buck converter, dan baterai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menguji sistem rancangan MPPT dengan algoritma fuzzy logic yang mempunyai kelajuan melacak dengan baik sehingga hasilnya lebih optimal. Dalam algoritma fuzzy logic terdapat 2 nilai input yang dimana, 1 inputnya memiliki 3 nilai membership sehingga membentuk 9 aturan fuzzy dan untuk Output fuzzy logic juga mempunyai 3 membership sehingga menghasilkan perubahan duty cycle. Selanjutnya melakukan pengujian supaya bisa memastikan kinerja stasiun pengisian antara SCC konvensional dengan MPPT buck converter algoritma fuzzy logic. Setelah itu, mengamati data yang dihasilkan oleh charging station. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, sudut kemiringan panel surya yaitu 25o arah utara, perbandingan hasil pengujian Solar Charge Controller konvensional diperoleh daya maksimum sebesar 62,35 Watt, sedangkan dengan MPPT buck converter fuzzy logic yaitu 88,67 Watt.
