Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem sensor pemutus aliran pipa bahan bakar otomatis di ruang mesin kapal saat terjadi kebakaran, berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Sistem ini memanfaatkan sensor Ky-026 (flame sensor) untuk mendeteksi nyala api, Arduino Uno sebagai pengendali utama, dan NodeMCU ESP8266 untuk pemantauan jarak jauh melalui aplikasi Blynk. Pengujian menunjukkan sensor Ky-026 mampu mendeteksi nyala api hingga jarak 40 cm dengan waktu respon rata-rata 1,76-8,27 detik, dan berhasil memutus aliran pipa bahan bakar secara otomatis melalui aktuasi solenoid valve. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa sistem bekerja sesuai perancangan, dapat meningkatkan keselamatan di ruang mesin kapal, dan mendukung pengembangan teknologi keselamatan maritim berbasis IoT.
