Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang sering mengalami gempa bumi, sehingga perencanaan bangunan tahan gempa menjadi prioritas, terutama untuk fasilitas kesehatan seperti rumah sakit. Kabupaten Barito Kuala, Kalimantan Selatan, memiliki kebutuhan rumah sakit yang tinggi namun kapasitas terbatas, dengan risiko gempa dari sesar Meratus. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang gedung rumah sakit 10 lantai menggunakan beton prategang untuk meningkatkan ketahanan gempa, sesuai SNI 1726:2019 yang mensyaratkan kekuatan struktur rumah sakit 1,5 kali lebih tinggi dari bangunan biasa. Metode penelitian meliputi studi literatur, pengumpulan data, preliminary design, pembebanan berdasarkan SNI 1727:2020, analisis struktur dengan SAP2000, dan kontrol desain. Sistem struktur menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) dengan beton prategang pada balok auditorium di lantai 7-9 untuk bentang panjang tanpa kolom tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dimensi balok non-prategang induk sebesar 65 cm × 45 cm dengan tulangan 3D22-185, kolom 85 cm × 85 cm dengan tulangan 10D22, dan pelat bervariasi 150-250 mm. Balok prategang memiliki dimensi 85 cm × 35 cm, menggunakan 16 strand tendon parabola. Saran untuk penelitian lanjutan meliputi optimasi dimensi balok prategang dan monitoring jangka panjang.
