Abstract

Dermaga III Pelabuhan Semayang, Kota Balikpapan, telah beroperasi sejak tahun 1975 sehingga berpotensi mengalami degradasi material dan penurunan kapasitas struktur. Hasil observasi menunjukkan adanya retakan pada lantai dermaga dan korosi yang menyebabkan spalling pada struktur terendam. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja struktur Dermaga III menggunakan SAP2000 berdasarkan kriteria Serviceability Limit State (SLS) dan Ultimate Limit State (ULS). Evaluasi dilakukan melalui analisis defleksi, gaya dalam, dan kapasitas struktur menggunakan parameter Unity Check Ratio (UCR). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh elemen memenuhi persyaratan SLS. Defleksi maksimum terjadi pada kombinasi pembebanan SLS 3, yaitu sebesar 17,005 mm pada tiang pancang, sedangkan balok, pelat, dan pilecap masing-masing sebesar 3,987 mm, 2,049 mm, dan 0,026 mm, seluruhnya masih di bawah batas izin. Analisis gaya dalam menunjukkan bahwa tiang pancang merupakan elemen paling kritis, dengan kombinasi ULS 3 menghasilkan gaya geser dan momen terbesar, sedangkan ULS 2 menghasilkan gaya aksial terbesar. Evaluasi UCR menunjukkan seluruh 55 tiang pancang baja dan elemen beton memenuhi persyaratan kekuatan dengan nilai UCR maksimum masing-masing 0,553 pada tiang pancang dan 0,178 pada beton. Berdasarkan evaluasi SLS dan ULS, struktur Dermaga III Pelabuhan Semayang dinyatakan masih aman terhadap kombinasi pembebanan yang ditinjau.
