Abstract

Aktivitas bermain game osu! secara statis dengan gerakan jari repetitif berpotensi menimbulkan keluhan musculoskeletal. Studi pendahuluan melalui wawancara terhadap 5 anggota komunitas mengonfirmasi adanya gejala awal berupa nyeri leher, bahu, punggung, dan ekstremitas atas setelah durasi bermain memasuki ≥2 jam. Komunitas osu! Kalimantan Timur belum memiliki data mengenai kondisi ergonomi maupun distribusi keluhan musculoskeletal pemainnya. Penelitian crosssectional kuantitatif deskriptif ini bertujuan menganalisis gambaran keluhan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) dengan NBM, mengidentifikasi area tubuh berprevalensi keluhan tertinggi ≥50%), mengevaluasi kesesuaian workstation eksisting, serta menyusun rancangan konseptual workstation ergonomis bagi 46 responden aktif komunitas osu! Kalimantan Timur. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner NBM, 36 dimensi antropometri (D1–D36), dan 14 ukuran workstation eksisting (S1–S14), lalu dianalisis menggunakan persentil (P5, P50, P95). Hasil menunjukkan 100% responden mengalami keluhan musculoskeletal, didominasi risiko Rendah (60,9%) and Sedang (32,6%). Prevalensi keluhan tertinggi berada pada pergelangan tangan kanan (80%), pergelangan tangan kiri dan tangan (78%), lengan bawah kanan (67%), lengan bawah kiri (65%), pinggang (61%), punggung (54%), dan pantat bawah (52%). Evaluasi menunjukkan sebagian besar elemen workstation eksisting tidak memenuhi prinsip ergonomi, terutama pada tinggi layar dan ketiadaan wrist rest (100%) serta footrest (98%). Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disusun rancangan konseptual kursi ergonomis, meja modular adjustable, footrest, dan wrist rest mengacu persentil P5–P95 serta standar Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association (BIFMA) G1-2013, American National Standards Institute / Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (ANSI/HFES) 100- 2007, Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 48 Tahun 2016, dan Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS).
